When you arrive please start a tab at the bar order at least one drink and the bartender will point out our table.
Our reading list blends:

The books are selected through October 2026.
After this we will use a randomizer to choose all of the next books at least one month in advance of our first discussion of that book.
We will alternate between shorter works and larger “EPIC” reads, with most books selected randomly from our evolving community reading list.
Because the club itself is meant to grow through shared curiosity, members who complete two books with us may contribute two titles from their own personal or “mental" bookshelf to the randomizer.
One of the goals of I Should Read That is to keep widening the lens through which we see the world.
As members begin contributing books to the randomizer, we especially encourage recommendations that bring modern and historical perspectives from Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, and East Asia.

We hope to build and read a shared library that is intellectually ambitious, globally curious, historically aware, and deeply human.
